Ipswich: Police Helicopter Finds Man On Shed Roof

Suffolk Police have released a video showing the arrest of a man in Ipswich who tried to hide on a garden shed roof.

Officers say the chase was started after a fight broke out in Ipswich.

The offender fled on foot and was found by the helicopter crew lying on a shed roof nearby. It happened in 2009 but police have released the video to show what their helicopter can do to help bring criminals to justice.

He was arrested by police, and found guilty of resisting a police officer and criminal damage.
