A woman has been charged after a video appeared online of a woman shouting at two foreign people at Ipswich Hospital.
The clip was filmed on a mobile phone in the accident and emergency department, and shows a woman apparently abusing Nigerian Gina Thompson, 23, and her Spanish friend.
The video includes some strong language and the woman is seen asking ``where do you come from?'' then adding: ``You're coming over here and you're pleading poverty.''
A woman was arrested at the hospital on Saturday night and charged on Sunday.
Suffolk Police have confirmed Elizabeth Ward-Buck, 51, of Eastward Ho, in Leiston in Suffolk, had been charged with two counts of racially aggravated assault, two of assault and one of assaulting a police officer and will appear before Ipswich Magistrates' Court on February 20.
