A man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a collision which happened on the A14 at Nacton.
It happened on May 16th 2012.
Officers were called just after 10:20am to reports of a three-vehicle collision on the westbound carriageway involving a lorry, a van and a car. The van had been towing the car, a silver Vauxhall Corsa, at the time.
The ambulance service and the air ambulance attended the scene but the woman, who was in the Corsa, Carmen Bucur aged 33 years old from Romania who had been living locally in Alderton near Woodbridge, sadly died at the scene.
A 44-year-old man, Jasvinder Arora from Hounslow Road, Feltham, in Middlesex has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and will appear before Ipswich Magistrates Court on 28 January 2013.
