Lowestoft: Man Faces Charges After Car Crashes Into House

A 22-year-old faces drink driving charges after a car crashed through a hedge, over two parked cars, and landed in the front room of a house in Carlton Colville.

The crash happened back in March leaving the driver with life threatening injuries.

The Audi TT left the road, became airborne, and crashed through the window of a house on Long Meadow Walk.

Luckily nobody inside the house was hurt.

Suffolk Police now say the driver of the car has been summonsed to appear in court in October where they'll be charged with drink-driving and careless driving.
