Madness have announced they will be performing a big outdoor show at Newmarket Racecourse next summer.
The band will be playing Newmarket nights on June 22nd.
They are the first of six acts who will be performing during the summer.
They will be making a popular return to the venue on Friday 22nd June 2012, after last performing to a sell out crowd back in 2010.
Madness, described as having a ‘brash salt of the earth carnival vitality’, are recognised as one of England’s greatest pop groups and after 30 years together and nine studio albums, they will bring their unique sound and sense of style to the Adnams Newmarket Nights stage.

Tickets to Madness on 22nd June 2012 start from £12 for under 16’s and £22 for adults.

Newmarket Nights are held on selected Friday evenings in summer. In 2012, concerts will be held on 22nd June (Madness), 29th June, 20th July, 3rd August, 10th August and 17th August.
