Norwich: Man Charged After Matchday Arrest

A 38-year-old man who was arrested following an incident outside Norwich City Football Club in December has been charged.
Jason Thrower, of Raleigh Court, off Rouen Road in Norwich, is accused of being in possession of a kitchen knife in Geoffrey Watling Way on Saturday 28th December.
It relates to an incident which happened shortly after 5pm during a matchday when a man was detained by police following reports he had a knife.
Thrower has been released on conditional bail and is due to appear at Norwich Magistrates' Court on Thursday 23rd January.
