Suffolk Airman's Body Returning To UK

The body of an airman from Bury St Edmunds will be returned to the UK later.
Senior Aircraftman Luke Southgate; who was based at RAF Honington, was killed in Afghanistan last week.
He's one of four serviceman being repatriated this morning.
Sergeant Paul Fox, of 28 Engineer Regiment, Rifleman Martin Kinggett, of 4 Rifles, and Rifleman Carlo Apolis, also of 4 Rifles, will also be repatriated to RAF Lyneham in Wiltshire.
A private ceremony will be held at the base's chapel before the cortege passes through nearby Wootton Bassett.
Hundreds are expected to line the streets to honour Aircraftman Southgate and the other servicemen.
The 20 year old from Bury St Edmunds was killed on February 24, while conducting a patrol to protect Kandahar Airfield from rocket attacks. He was hit by an improvised explosive device (IED) whilst driving his WMIK Land Rover.
