Suffolk Coastal Mortgage Savings
Homeowners in one part of Suffolk have got the most affordable mortgages in the region.
According to new research out today prices in the coastal part of the county have dropped by £20 over the last year because of low interest rates.
A Suffolk mortgage adviser is warning the savings being made now - won't last. Marilyn Felton from The Mortgage Surgery told Heart: "The bank base rate will change and monthly payments will go up. They won't actually increase the fixed rates but it means getting back to some sort of normality."
