Thousands of pounds worth of electrical items, have been stolen from charities and new businesses at Queensbury House in Hastings.

Sussex police are investigating a report of a burglary at Queensbury House in Havelock Road in Hastings.

The items stolen belonged to charities and new businesses.

Thousands of pounds worth of electrical items, including cameras and musical equipment, were stolen from the seven separate levels within the premises.

Damage was caused throughout.

The break in happened sometime between 10.34pm on Wednesday 10 October and 10.36am on Thursday 11 October.

Due to the volume of goods taken, it is believed there may have been more than one person responsible and a vehicle may have been used.

Police want to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area around the time, especially are vehicles seen in the Priory Street areas of Hastings.

Officers would also like to hear from anyone who has recently been offered any high value cameras of musical equipment for sale.
