A woman's died after a flat fire in Crawley.

Emergency services were called to Warren Drive on Wednesday evening.

They carried out CPR but despite their best efforts the victim, aged 53, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say her next of kin have been informed, and that the woman's death is being treated as suspicious.
