So it's work experience week here on Heart Breakfast! Each day this week, Tom, Nicola or Jack will head out to a work place to do some 'HARD GRAFT'.

Yesterday Nicola headed out to Brighton and Newhaven fish sales to learn how to be a fisherwoman/fishmonger.

Big thank you to Jason for helping her out but i don't think she got on as well as she though she would. Watch this....

For a while now, Jack has been mentioning how the new song by Lawson 'Juliet' sounds a lot like the music of 'The Police'......he mentioned it again this morning.....then......the phone rang. It was Adam from Lawson!!!! eeeeeeeek!!
