Sussex County Cricket Club are offering a 12th Man experience for the Have a Heart Appeal Week.
The lucky winner of the auction lot will meet the players, warm up with the first team squad before the game, getting a chance to walk and indeed run on the hallowed PROBIZ County Ground turf at Hove with the first team squad.
The winner will take their place on the balcony and in the dressing room as if they are playing in the match and mirror the 12th man on his duties, like taking drinks to players during the game.
The winner of the auction will also receive a Sussex CCC shirt which will need to be worn on the day of the match, but there will be a chance after the game to get it signed by the stars and have photographs with the players.
The prize is either for Sunday 8th of May 2011 OR Sunday 15th of May. Both games are in the Clydesdale Bank 40 competition. The experience is aimed for anyone over the age of 11 and is the proverbial MONEY CAN’T BUY prize.
The experience is aimed ideally at a cricketing youngster, but anyone over the age of 11 is able to claim the prize.
