RULES
•    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/   (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Greater Anglia’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 05/08/19 to 18/08/19 on Heart Essex and Heart East Anglia(the “Radio Station”).
•    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:
•    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk answer a multiple-choice question & register their details.
•    Online entry will open at 00:01on 05/08/19 and close at 23:59 on 18/08/19.
•    One winner will be randomly selected from all correct, eligible entries and will be contacted by telephone and/or email within 7 days of the competition closing.  

Eligibility:
•    Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.
•    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:
1 winner will win return family tickets to London and £1,000.

Conditions:
•    The prize is non transferrable or refundable.
•    This prize cannot be sold or gifted & will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
•    There is no cash alternative or other alternative to the prize in whole or part.
•    Tickets are for a day return must be used within 6 months of winning the prize.
•    A date for travel will need to be given at the time of claiming the prize, and also the name of the lead passenger – please check the timetable using the journey planner on the Greateranglia.co.uk website to check a suitable dates and times.
•    The ticket is open - you can travel on your outward and return trains at any time on the date of the ticket.
•    The party must travel together.
•    Family tickets constitute as 2 adults and 2 children. Children are identified as aged 5-15 years old.
•    Tickets are only valid on services operated by Greater Anglia.
•    Underground tickets are not included.
•    No reservations included.  
•    All tickets are subject to availability.
•    Employees of Abellio, their families, dependants and agents and any other person connected with the prize draw may not enter.
•    The winner will receive their £1,000 in a form of a cheque and it will be sent to the winners address within 28 days of winning the competition.
•    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
