BT Broadband on Heart, February – March 2019
RULES
1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Bt Broadband’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Thursday 28th February to Monday 4th March 2019 on Heart.co.uk (the “Radio Station”).
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
 
Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to Heart.co.uk and register their details.  Online entry will open at 16.00 on Thursday 28th February and close at 14:00 on Monday 4th March 2019.
4.    Entrants will need to submit their question for Anna Whitehouse’s ‘ask me anything’ campaign via the online competition page.  
5.    The winner will be selected at random from all entries.
6.    Please note, there is no guarantee your question will be used in the video and editorials decision on what questions are used is final.
7.    The winner will be notified via email and or telephone from the details supplied upon entering.

Eligibility:
8.    Entrants must be ages 18 or over and be based in the UK.
9.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

11.    Should this product be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
12.    Apple is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion.
13.    All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.
14.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
