Cadbury Heroes on Heart FM October/November
RULES
1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to Cadburys Heroes radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 7th October to  19th November on Heart FM (the “Radio Station”).
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:
3.    Go online to Heart.co.uk, watch the video, answer the question and register your details to be entered into the prize draw for a chance to win. Online entry will open and close at the following dates/times:
Burst 1
To start on Monday 7th October at 00:01 and end on Sunday 20th October at 23:59

Burst 2
To start on Wednesday 23rd October at 00:01 and end on Tuesday 5th November at 23:59

Burst 3
To start on Wednesday 6th November at 00:01 and end on Tuesday 19th November at 23:59

4.    From all correct eligible entries, 3 winners will be selected in total. So 1 winner per burst will be picked at random and notified by Global within 28 days  by telephone. The prize will be delivered in the form of a cheque.

Eligibility:
5.    Entry is open only to UK residents aged 18 and over. Directors, management and employees and their immediate families of the Promoter or the agencies or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
6.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
7.    Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.

Breakfast for two adults and two children in the hotel restaurant each morning
Family surfing lesson at the Newquay Activity Centre for two adults and
two children. Includes: Professional instructor, surf board and wetsuit



Burst 1 - Prize Terms & conditions
8.    Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes the Christmas holiday period, Valentine’s day/weekend/s, Easter weekend and all other bank holiday weekends.
9.    Your prize includes a petrol allowance so you can travel to the prize location. The allowance covers a round trip of a maximum 500 miles. If you live further than this from the prize location, the petrol allowance will be provided to you as a contribution towards your travel expenses.
10.    Accommodation is based on two adults and two children sharing one luxury safari tent lodge on a self-catering basis.
11.    Tickets to Bounce below are based on two adults over 18 and two children aged between 7-17 years of age. Participants should weigh no more than 120kg and be over 1.2m in height. Session will last approximately 1 hour. Bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.
12.    All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
Burst 2 – Prize Terms & conditions
1.    Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes the Christmas holiday period, Valentine’s day/weekend/s, Easter weekend and all other bank holiday weekends.
2.    Your prize includes a petrol allowance so you can travel to the prize location. The allowance covers a round trip of a maximum 300 miles. If you live further than this from the prize location, the petrol allowance will be provided to you as a contribution towards your travel expenses.
3.    You will be staying in a 4 star hotel, sharing a family room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
4.    Entrance into Vortex Gaming is free of charge. However, winner will be provided with £150 to purchase credit on a gaming card at the venue in order to enjoy games and experiences at the attraction. Funds will be transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct bank details. Transfers can take up to 5 working days. Some experiences have age and height restrictions. Opening times vary through the year.
5.    Your meal is based on two adults and two children enjoying a two course meal from the a la carte menu and 1 drink. All restaurant reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. You may choose any restaurant you would like to dine in with the exception of restaurants holding Michelin stars.
6.    All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
Burst 3 – Prize Terms & conditions

9.    You will be staying in a 4 star hotel, sharing a family room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis
10.    Surfing lessons are subject to availability at the time of booking. Winner and guest must be able to swim to take part in the surf lesson. Surf lesson will be 2 hours long and includes all the equipment plus expert tuition throughout. Children should be over the age of 8.
11.    All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.

13.    Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by the Promoter
14.    The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation, [this also includes the selling of prizes to third parties. In the event for any reason the prize winners do not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winners and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
15.    [The winners agree to comply with the reasonable requests of the Promoter and its agents and to be responsible to the Promoter for the acts and omissions of their guests. Prize winners and their guest must act within the framework of acceptable and proper behaviour during the course of the trip and comply with all rules and regulations laid down by those providing the elements of the prizes. If a winner or their guest is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend any or all element of the relevant prize.]
16.    If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
17.    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with this promotion.

18.    The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the Promoter in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
19.    If a winning entry from a draw is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded and a new winner of the prize will be randomly selected.
20.    The Promoter reserves the right to publish the names and counties of residence of the winner(s)
21.    The winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their surname and county of residence to announce the winners of this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the surname and county of residence of the winners. The winners may object to their surname and county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by contacting us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
22.    The Promoter shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018, The EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016 and any successor legislation or other applicable law. The personal information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion and in accordance with the Promoters’ Data Privacy Notice which can be found at www.cadbury.co.uk/privacy. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this promotion (including any relevant promotional activity) or communicating with entrants.

24.    These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
25.    Whilst we want you to enjoy this promotion, we discourage over consumption. Please do not purchase more product than you can reasonably consume to increase your chances of winning.
26.    It is the responsibility of the prize winner to supply the correct personal information and the correct postal address. The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery of prizes caused by the provision of wrong information, postal disputes or other causes beyond its control.
