DoubleTree Evening Promo Competition Burst 1 on Heart Evenings, June 2019
RULES
• The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to DoubleTree Evening Promo Competition Burst 1 radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 10th June 2019 to Thursday 13th June 2019 on Heart Network (the “Radio Station”).
• Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
• To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the keyword, the keyword and number to text will be given out on air (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
• Entrants will be selected at random by the producer and called back to play live on air.
• All entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.
• Once on air a piece of audio will be played or Sian will read out a welcome saying/ phrase in a different language. The entrant will be asked to guess the country in question. If they answer correctly they will be rewarded with the prize, if they answer incorrectly then another caller will be brought to air.
• Winners will receive £1500 cash in the form of a cheque as well as a 2 night stay in one of the DoubleTree hotels – dependent on which competition they entered.
Eligibility:
• Winner must be 18 or over with a valid passport.
• Winner must be a UK resident and living in the UK.
• Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
• Winners must arrange their own transport to all destinations.

• Prize can be claimed within a year
• No weekend bookings in August and September
• No bookings during December
• Dates are subject to the hotels availability

11. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
