Terms And Conditions

RULES
•    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to the Kingsmill radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 7th January 2019 - Sunday 13th January 2019 on the Heart Network (the “Radio Station”).
•    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

Details of the Competition:
•    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to http://www.heart.co.uk, register their details and an answer a multiple-choice question.
•    Online entry will open at 00:01am on Monday 7th January 2019 and close at 23:59pm on Sunday 13th January 2019.
•    1 x winner will be randomly selected from all correct, eligible entries and will be contacted by telephone and/or email within 7 days of the competition closing.   

Eligibility:
•    Entrants must be 18 years or older.
•    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:
•    1 x winner will have the choice of winning one of the three below prizes:

Prize 1: An English Literature lesson in Real Life
•    Tickets to the Beatrix Potter Musical Adventure, where is Peter Rabbit?
•    VIP afternoon tea party with Peter Rabbit.
•    Entrance into The World of Beatrix Potter.

Prize 1 Terms and Conditions:
•    Stay is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter and Bank Holidays.
•    Due to the nature of the location, travel will be provided in the form of a petrol allowance covering a maximum total of 300 miles (round trip). Should the winner live further than 150 miles from the location, a contribution towards travel expenses will be given.
•    Hotel will be classed as a 4 Star and will be based on two adults and two children sharing a family room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
•    VIP experience is subject to availability at the time of booking. Beatrix Potter Musical Adventure is showing from 25 May – 1 September 2019. Theatre production is not suitable for those under the age of 3. Children should be aged 3-16 years of age. Experience includes tickets for the 13.30 theatre showing, followed by priority entry into the Attraction at 14.30 and afternoon tea with Peter Rabbit at 15.30. Afternoon tea includes sandwiches, cakes, scones with jam and cream with tea/coffee or squash. Should the winner wish to attend at any other time of the year, they may do so, but the experience will not include theatre tickets or the VIP afternoon tea. The VIP experience is extremely popular during the school summer holidays and it is recommended that bookings are made at least 3 months in advance.
•    The World of Beatrix Potter is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion.
•    All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.

Prize 2: Get active outside of your P.E lessons
•    Return travel for two adults and two children to the Go Ape location of the winner’s choice.
•    Overnight accommodation for two adults and two children in a nearby 4-star hotel.
•    Breakfast for two adults and two children in the hotel restaurant.
•    Lunch for two adults and two children in a restaurant of the winner’s choice.
•    Go Ape tickets for two adults and two children at a location of the winner’s choice.

Prize 2 Terms and Conditions.
•    Stay is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter and Bank Holidays.
•    Due to the nature of the location, travel will be provided in the form of a petrol allowance covering a maximum total of 300 miles (round trip). Should the winner live further than 150 miles from the location, a contribution towards travel expenses will be given.
•    Hotel will be classed as a 4 Star and will be based on two adults and two children sharing a family room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
•    Lunch is based on two adults and two children enjoying a 2-course meal from the a la carte menu excluding drinks. Restaurant reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Excludes Michelin starred restaurants.
•    Go Ape lasts for approximately 2-3 hours and is subject to availability at the time of booking. For the Treetop Adventure an adult should be over the age of 18 (16 at some sites). Minimum age for participation is 10. Minimum height is 1.4 metre and maximum weight is 20.5 stone for participation. For Tree Top Junior all ages are allowance. Minimum height is 1 metre, minimum weight is 7 stone and maximum weight is 19.5 stone for participation. Adults can supervise from the ground. 16-17-year old’s do not need to be supervised but cannot sign for under 16s.
•    All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.

Prize 3:  A Geography class in the Peak District
•    Return travel for two adults and two children to Matlock, The Peak District.
•    2 Nights’ accommodation for two adults and two children in a nearby 4-star hotel.
•    Breakfast for two adults and two children in the hotel restaurant each morning.
•    Dinner for two adults and two children in restaurant of the winner’s choice on one evening of the winner’s choice.
•    The Heights of Abraham tickets for two adults and two children. Includes:

5.    Access to the hilltop park.
6.    Cavern tour.

Prize 3 Terms and Conditions.
•    Stay is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter and Bank Holidays.
•    Due to the nature of the location, travel will be provided in the form of a petrol allowance covering a maximum total of 300 miles (round trip). Should the winner live further than 150 miles from the location, a contribution towards travel expenses will be given.
•    Hotel will be classed as a 4 Star and will be based on two adults and two children sharing a family room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
•    Dinner is based on two adults and two children enjoying a 2-course meal from the a la carte menu excluding drinks. Restaurant reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Excludes Michelin starred restaurants.
•    The Heights of Abraham is open from February to November. Opening times vary throughout the year. Children should be aged under 16 years of age and accompanied by an addle over the age of 18. Tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking.
•    All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
