Apple Music - Shazam on Heart Network - November 2019
RULES
-    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Apple Music - Shazam’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 8th November 2019 to 14th November 2019 on Heart Network (the “Radio Station”).
-    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:
-    To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the keyword given out by the presenter to the text number given out on-air (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
-    One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries each day and will be contacted by Heart to play on-air for the chance to win.

-    All Entrants selected to play on-air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

-    Entrants must be available to take a call from Global on the following date and time:

-    Entrants on Friday 8th November must be available on Monday 11th November between 5.30am – 6.30am.

-    Entrants on Monday 11th November must be available on Monday 11th November between 10am – 11am

-    Entrants on Tuesday 12th November must be available on Tuesday 12th November between 10am-11am

-    Entrants on Wednesday 13th November must be available on Wednesday 13th November between 10am – 11am

-    During the competition round, Heart will play 5 seconds of a song, during which time the Entrant must name the artist of the song correctly to win.
 
-    Should the Entrant answer incorrectly or fail to answer during the 5 second clip, another Entrant will be chosen at random from all eligible entries to play.

-    This process will be repeated until the Entrant correctly names the artist of the song during the clip.

Eligibility:
-    Entrants must be aged 18 or over to be eligible to enter.
-    Entry is restricted to one entry per person per day; duplicate entries in the same day will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:
-    One winner will be announced on-air on each day of the competition. The prizes are as follows:

-    Monday – European break to Barcelona and £300 cash. Prize includes:
o    Return flights for 4 people to Barcelona
o    Return transfers from the airport to the hotel
o    2 Nights accommodation at a centrally located 4-star hotel
o    Breakfast for 4 people in the hotel restaurant each morning
o    Travel insurance
o    £300 cash in the form of a cheque

-    Prize Terms & Conditions:
-    Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes bank holidays, Valentine’s day/weekend and school holiday periods, specifically the Christmas holidays, summer holidays, spring and autumn half terms and Easter in both the UK and Spain.
-    Prize includes return economy flights, all flight taxes and surcharges as well as one piece of checked baggage per two people. Subject to availability, departure airport used will be the winners nearest international airport that operates direct flights to Barcelona. Please note, this may not be your closest airport. If you don’t hold a UK passport you may need a visa for this destination, and this should be arranged with the appropriate embassy. Although please note the cost of a visa of this kind isn’t included in your prize.
-    Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
-    You will be staying in a 4* hotel, sharing either a quadruple room or 2 double rooms with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. If you would prefer 2 twin rooms, we will do what we can to secure this for you, but it cannot be guaranteed. Your prize stay also includes funds to pay tourism tax that is payable locally to the hotel when you check-out.
-    Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
-    All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
-    Prizes are non-negotiable and non-transferable.
-    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.

-    Tuesday – European break to Rome and £300 cash. Prize includes:
o    Return flights for 4 people to Rome
o    Return transfers from the airport to the hotel
o    2 Nights accommodation at a centrally located 4-star hotel
o    Breakfast for 4 people in the hotel restaurant each morning
o    Travel insurance
o    £300 cash in the form of a cheque

-    Prize Terms & Conditions:
-    Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes bank holidays, Valentine’s day/weekend and school holiday periods, specifically the Christmas holidays, summer holidays, spring and autumn half terms and Easter in both the UK and Italy.
-    Prize includes return economy flights, all flight taxes and surcharges as well as one piece of checked baggage per two people. Subject to availability, departure airport used will be the winners nearest international airport that operates direct flights to Rome. Please note, this may not be your closest airport. -    Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes bank holidays, Valentine’s day/weekend and school holiday periods, specifically the Christmas holidays, summer holidays, spring and autumn half terms and Easter in both the UK and Spain.
