Sky Store 2020 Promotion on the Heart Network | February – March 2020

RULES
The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Sky Store 2020 Promotion’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run between 10th February 2020 to 8th March 2020 on Heart (the “Radio Station”).

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must Go online to http://www.heart.co.uk/win and register their details and answer a multiple-choice question. 

4. Online entry will open at 00.01 on 10^th February 2020 and close at 23:59 on 8^th March 2020.

5. Four winners will be selected as per the below schedule:

- one winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received between 00:01 on 10^th February and 12:00 on 13^th February 2020.

- one winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received between 00:01 on 10^th February and 12:00 on 20^th February 2020.

- one winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received between 00:01 on 10^th February and 12:00 on 27^th February 2020.

- one winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received between 00:01 on 10^th February and 23:59 on 8^th March 2020.

5. Winners of the competition may be featured in a weekly Live Read that will be read out across the Heart Network. These winners will be referenced by first name only.

6. All winners will be contacted by telephone and or email within 28 days of the competition end date. 

Eligibility:

7. Entrants must be aged 18 and over

8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

9. The competition is not open to employees (or family members of employees) of any Sky UK Limited (“Sky”), companies associated with the promotion and all affiliates of such companies.

Prize:
16.    Four winners will each receive the following:

-       1 x 49” UHD TV

-       1 x LG Sound Bar

-       1 x Takeaway voucher worth £100

-       Sky store vouchers to the value of 10 x £13.99

Prize Terms & Conditions:

1. 49” UHD TV, LG Sound Bar, £100 Takeaway voucher and Sky Store vouchers may take up to 28 days to be delivered.
2. Sky Store vouchers will be provided in the form of 10 individual codes to be redeemed at www.skystore.com before 23:59 on 31.12.2020
3. The takeaway voucher will be sent in the form of a cheque
4. There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from the enjoyment of the prize; and/or any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize beyond the Promoter’s control; and for any act or default of any third party supplier.

7. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.

7. Any entrant data collected will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting the winner[s] to notify them of the prize and, if you are the winner, we may pass them on to third parties to deliver the prize.
