RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to Tesco Dance Beats radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 14th July 2019 to 19th July 2019 on Heart Network (the “Radio Station”).
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the keyword ‘Beats’ to 82122 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. 
4.     Each day during the week, listeners will be encouraged to head to Heart’s Instagram to watch Ashley Roberts perform a dance move in the Heart Instagram stories.
5.    The listeners will then be directed to the Heart website, where there will be information on the competition, and how to enter via text.
6.    Each day we will randomly select one winner from all the text entries and brought to air to reveal the dance move and win that day’s prize.
7.    Winners will be brought to air and notified of the prize they have won. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated, and another winner selected.

Eligibility:
8.    Entrants must be aged 18 years or over
9.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person per round.

Prize:

Day 1 – Fitness and Dance
Prize includes
•    5-month membership with joining fee for one person at a local Nuffield Health Gym
•    6 months dance classes of the winner’s choice at a local dance studio
•    Fitbit Versa Smart Watch
•    Beats X In-Ear Wireless Headphones
•    12-month Spotify premium membership


Terms & conditions
1.    Nuffield Health Gym membership will be provided as monetary funds towards 5 consecutives 1 month rolling contracts including a one-off activation fee at the winner’s nearest Nuffield Health Gym. Excludes the following gyms: City, Moorgate, Islington & Canary Wharf. The winner will be required to sign up for a membership. Should the winner wish to continue with their membership at the end of the 5-month period, they may do so at their own expense. However, if the winner does not wish to continue with their membership, it is the winner’s responsibility to end their membership before the end of the 5-month period.
2.    Dance classes of the winner’s choice will be at a local dance studio and will be based on one 1-hour class per week for 6 consecutive months suitable for beginner and intermediate levels. Excludes any premium and advanced courses at prestigious academies or organisations.
3.    Gym membership and dance classes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
4.    Fitbit and beats headphones will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.
5.    Spotify Premium membership will be valid for 12 consecutive months. Should the winner wish to continue their membership after this period, they may do so at their own cost.

Day 2 – Celtic Dancing in Dublin

Prize includes:
▪ Return flights for two people to Dublin, Ireland
▪ Return transfers from the airport to the hotel
▪ 2 Nights’ accommodation for two people in a centrally located 4 star hotel ▪ Breakfast for two people each morning in the hotel restaurant
▪ The Irish Dance Party in Dublin for two people. Includes:
▪ Entrance fees
▪ Informative, friendly and professional guide ▪ Dance performances
▪ Dance lessons
▪ Travel insurance
▪ £150.00 Spending money
1.    Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (both UK and ROI).
2.    Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Non-UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. Includes all taxes, surcharges and one piece of checked baggage per two people.
3.    Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
4.    Hotel will be classed as a 4 Star and will be based on two people sharing a double room with en- suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. Twin rooms can be requested but cannot be guaranteed. Also includes Tourism Tax for the duration of the winner’s stay, payable locally to the hotel upon check-out.
5.    Irish Dance Party will last approximately 2 hour and is subject to availability at the time of booking. Excludes any food or beverages. All levels of experiences welcome.
6.    Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
7.    Spending money will be transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct bank details. Transfers can take up to 5 working days.
8.    All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.

Day 3 & 4 – UK Spa break and dance fitness (1 per day)

Prize includes
•    Return travel for two people to winner’s choice of Champneys Health Spa. Choose from:  Forest Mere, Tring, Henlow and Springs
•    2 Nights’ accommodation for two people at the winner’s choice of Champneys Health Spa
•    Breakfast, lunch and dinner for two people in the hotel restaurant each day
•    Gold treatment spa day for two people on one day of the winner’s choice. Includes:
Clarins Aromatic Balancer Express Facial, Champneys Body wrap, Manicure or Pedicure
•    Full access to the spa and health facilities. Includes: All pools, sauna, steam room and tennis courts, Access to fitness classes includes Dance Fit and Zumba
Terms & conditions
1.    Stay is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter and Bank Holidays.
2.    Due to the nature of the location, travel will be provided in the form of a petrol allowance covering a maximum total of 300 miles (round trip). Should the winner live further than 150 miles from the location, a contribution towards travel expenses will be given.
3.    Stay will be at the winner’s choice of Champneys Health Spas. Choose from Forest Mere, Tring, Henlow or Springs. Excludes Eastwell Manor.
4.    Hotels are classed as a 3 to 4 Star and are based on 2 people sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a full board basis. Twin rooms can be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
5.    Spa treatments are subject to change and availability at the time of booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions and will be substituted for a safe alternative should this be the case. Facilities and treatments may vary at each location.
6.    All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.

Day 5 - Dance lesson and show in London
Prize includes
•    Return train travel for two people to London
•    Return private transfers from the station to the hotel
•    2 Nights’ accommodation at the 5-star Hotel Indigo in London’s Leicester Square
•    Breakfast for two people in the hotel restaurant each morning
•    Dance Lesson Experience at Karen Hardy Studios for two people. Includes: a glass of champagne upon arrival, one 45-minute dance lesson with one of Karen Hardy’s qualified dance instructor, a choice between 13 different dance styles, tickets for two people to a London dance show of the winner’s choice
Terms & conditions
1.    Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays.
2.    Travel will be by train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance.
3.    Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
4.    Hotel is classed as a 5 Star and is based on two people sharing a superior double room with en-suite
bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. Twin rooms can be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
5.    Dance class will last approximately 45 minutes and is subject to availability at the time of booking.
Participants must have a reasonable level of fitness to take part
6.    Tickets to winner’s choice of dance show will be strictly subject to availability at the time of
booking and excludes premium seating, VIP packages or sold out events.
7.    All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.

10.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion and there is no cash alternative.
