Heart network: Sian’s Cool Down Competition

RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at [https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/#gZBezvCfTcoCYEYL.97
2.  (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Sian’s Cool Down’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 25^th July 2019 to 25^th July 2019 on Heart (the “Radio Station”).
3. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must: send a text message, together with their story of ‘why they deserve a cool down’ to the text number given out on air (the Text Message Line) along with the keyword given on air.
2. Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. 
3. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
4. The winning entrant will be selected by the producer, based on the most creative and entertaining story.
5. The selected entrant(s) will be contacted by telephone and will be required to talk to the presenter(s) on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated, and another Entrant selected at random.
6. By submitting a text saying ‘why you deserve a cool down’ to the Radio Station you: (i) warrant that you control all copyright and all other rights (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) in and to such text; and (ii) confirm the grant by you to the Radio Station [and Global Radio] of a worldwide, perpetual, royalty free licence in the copyright and all other rights in and to the text (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) and you waive any moral rights and like rights you have in relation to the video; so that the Radio Station [and Global Radio] shall be entitled to use the text in any and all media at no cost to the Radio Station [and Global Radio] and such use shall not infringe the rights of any third party. Producer’s decision is final when selecting winner.

Eligibility:

1. The winner must be 18 or older
2. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

1. A NETTA – 5L White Mini Fridge With Cooling And Warming Function AC/DC Portable, an ADEPTNA Magic Multi Functional Cool Gel Pad and and Intex Swim Centre Family Pool with Seats 56475NP (229cm x 229cm x 66cm)
2. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
