Terms And Conditions

TalkTalk Internal Staff Competition on Heart, September 2019
Rules
•    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://youraudienceawaits.com/gvip/win-with-heart-and-talktalk-terms-and-conditions-september/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to G:VIP TalkTalk competition (the “Competition”) which will run from Monday 2nd September – Monday 30th September 2019.
•    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

•    Online entry will open at 00.01am on Monday 2nd September 2019 and close at 23.59pm on Monday 30th September 2019.
•    Entrants can access the competition page via:
o    The Wire on TalkTalk’s Intranet Page or
o    The following page: URL TBC with Alice Lee
•    To enter the Competition an Entrant must play the game & match 3 Bruno Mars images to enter the prize draw.
•    All correct and eligible entries received will de-duplicated and one winner will be selected at random.
•    All winners will be contacted by a Global representative within 7 days of the competition closing.

Eligibility:
•    All entrants must be:
o    18 or over
o    Be a TalkTalk staff member. Agency G:VIP members will not be permitted to enter this particular competition.
o    Enter using a valid work email address.
o    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

 Prize:
•    The prize is £250.

Specific Prize Terms:
•    Cash will be in the form of a cheque & delivered within 28 working days from the date that Global receives confirmation of the winners details.  
•    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
