RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘The Food Warehouse Christmas 2019’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 2nd December 2019 to Thursday 19th December 2019 on Heart East Anglia, Kent, North East, North West, Scotland, Solent, South Wales, South West, Thames Valley, West Country & West Midlands (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on 2nd December 2019 and close at 23:59 on 19th December 2019
4. Entrants must answer the question correctly for the chance to win.
5. One winner will be selected at random from all correct and eligible entries and contacted by phone and/or email within 7 days of the competition ending to notify them of the win. If there is no response within 3 days, the winner will forfeit their prize and a new winner will be selected. This will repeat until a winner responds.
Eligibility:
6. There is no age restriction for entering this competition.
7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
8. One winner will receive £1,000 to spend at The Food Warehouse.
9. The £1,000 will be given in the form of 20 £50 vouchers.
10. Each voucher may be exchanged for goods at any The Food Warehouse store. The Food Warehouse is unable to replace or reimburse the value of this gift voucher if it is lost, stolen or damaged. It may be exchanged for goods of a higher value upon payment of the difference. If exchanged for goods of a lower value no change will be given. This voucher may not be exchanged for cash. Iceland Foods Limited, Deeside Industrial Park, Deeside, Flintshire CH5 2NW. The voucher(s) has no expiry date.
11. Delivery of the gift card will be discussed with the winner.
12. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
