RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Weight Watchers radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 17th February 2020 to 15th March 2020 on Heart Network (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to heart.co.uk, register their details and answer a multiple-choice question.
4. Online entry will open at 00:01 on the 17th February and close at 23:59 on the 15th March 2020
5. One winner will be randomly selected from all correct, eligible entries and will be contacted by telephone and/or email within 7 days of the competition closing.

6. Entrants will need to be 18 or over to enter the competition
7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
8. One winner will receive the following:
• Return train travel for 2 people to Essex
• Return transfers from the train station to the hotel
• 2 Nights’ accommodation at 4-star Lifehouse Spa and hotel
• Breakfast for 2 people in the hotel restaurant each morning
• Weekend wellness experience for 2 people. Including: Yoga lesson, healthy lunch, destress workshop, mediation, use of luxury thermal spa and gym, personalised gift bag
• 60-minute mindful moments massage for 2 people
• Dinner for 2 people in the Lifehouse restaurant each evening
Prize terms and conditions:
1. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes bank holidays, Valentine’s day/weekend and school holiday periods, specifically the Christmas holidays, summer holidays, spring and autumn half terms and Easter in the UK.
2. Your prize includes off peak train travel that will need to be booked with us at least 6 weeks before you plan to travel. Off peak refers to travel booked outside of morning and evening commuter periods, this varies depending on the train operator but generally excludes departures between 0600-1000 and 1600-1900.
3. Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
4. You will be staying the 4* Lifehouse Spa and Hotel, sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. If you’d prefer a twin room, we will do what we can to secure this for you, but it cannot be guaranteed.
5. Lifehouse spa and hotel wellness retreat days are subject to availability at time of booking, experience operates on selective dates through the year and advanced booking is recommended. During the retreat, Yoga lesson, healthy lunch, destress workshop, mediation, use of luxury thermal spa and gym and personalised gift bag will be included. Guests must be over the age of 18 to take part in the experience.
6. Mindful moments massage is based on 2 people and lasts 60 minutes. Spa treatments are subject to change and availability at the time of booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions and will be substituted for a safe alternative should this be the case.
7. Your dinners at Lifehouse restaurant is based on 2 adults enjoying a 2-course meal from the set menu including 1⁄2 bottle of house wine, mineral water and coffee per person.
8. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
9. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
