A man who forgot to collect his cash at a bank machine had it taken by another man in the queue
It happened on the 13th of July at about 9.30am at HSBC in Market Square.
The victim, a man aged in his 20s, withdrew an amount of money from the cash machine but didn't take it.
The following customer then took the money and did not make any attempt to return it to its owner.
Investigating officer, PC Charlotte Loten, based at Witney police station, said: “I would like to speak to the man in these images, as he could have vital information about this theft.
“If you recognise this man, or have any information about the incident, please call the Thames Valley Police non-emergency number on 101.”
