Sir John Chilcot says the UK did not exhaust all peaceful options before joining the invasion of Iraq in 2003.

Speaking in Westminster he said military action at the time "was not a last resort".
179 British troops died in the conflict and 18-year-old Rifleman, Paul Donnachie from Burghfield was among them.
