There's a warning we don't realise how vulnerable we're making ourselves by sharing our news and information on Facebook.
It's come from Cyber Security firm, Avatu who are based in Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire.
Managing Director, Joe Jouhal tells Heart users aren't aware how many people their posts are reaching and who those people are.
He tells us paedophile rings are using Facebook not only to target youngsters, but also sharing photos put online by Mums and Dads.
Adding, when posting statuses when we're on holiday is making us vulnerable to risks of not only phyisical theft - but also identity theft as criminals learn more about us.
