There were "clear" incidents of anti-Semitism at the Oxford University Labour Club, a report that was not released by the party found.
Sky News say a leaked report of Baroness Royall's review of the behaviour of students at the club found Jews were ridiculed in a way "women" or "Afro-Caribbean" people would not be.
And it said the incidents had meant "Jewish members do not feel comfortable attending meetings".
Claims of slurs and anti-Semitic songs had been reported by the university's Jewish Society.
Labour said it would not comment on leaked reports.
