Man Charged Over Oxford Murder

A man has been charged with murder after a boy was stabbed to death in Oxford.

Craig Ford was charged with murder and robbery by detectives investigating an incident in which the 16-year-old died in Friars Wharf on Wednesday.

The 33-year-old of Luther Street, Oxford, is also accused of weapons and class A drug dealing offences, Thames Valley Police said.

A 25-year-old woman, Alice Ashcroft, also of Luther Street, has been charged with class A drug dealing offences in connection with the investigation.

Both will appear at Oxford Magistrates' Court on Monday.
