A man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a 3-year-old died following a crash on the A34 near Hinksey.
Isla Wiggin was seriously injured and died 2 days later in hospital.
A 31 year old woman was also seriously hurt in the crash back in August.
Now Thomas Hunter of Mansfield Road in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire is due in court in the new year.
He was arrested on August 25th on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
The 58-year-old answered bailed yesterday and was re-arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, and then charged.
He's due to appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on 17 January.
