Pair Found Guilty for Sunningdale Murder

A father and son have been found guilty of murdering their business partner in Berkshire last year.

Shaleem Amar, 33, died of head injuries on November 17, 2010.

Robert Derek Johnston, 57, known by his middle name, and his son Ben, 27, denied murder but were found guilty today following a five-week trial at Reading Crown Court.

Jurors have not yet reached verdicts in relation to two other defendants.

Johnston's younger son, Tom, 25, and employee Shaun Matthews, 56, are also both accused of murder but deny the charge.

They will continue to deliberate from 10.15am tomorrow.
