READING BUSES COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS Heart Thames Valley Breakfast MAY 2019

RULES

1.     The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at heart.co.uk (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Camp Bestival' radio competition (the “Competition") which will run between Monday 13th May and Friday 17th May 2019 on Heart Thames Valley (the “Radio Station”).

2.     Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.      

Details of the Competition

3. To enter the Competition, an Entrant must text the word ‘BUS’ to 82122 when instructed to do so by the presenter(s). The text lines will be open for the duration of the song directly after the execution. 

4. Players will be selected at random after the text lines are closed.

5. The Competition round will take place between 0600 and 0900.

6. To win, an Entrant must correctly identify the place described by the presenters. The places are chosen by the producer(s). 

7. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

8. The winners will be announced on air during Heart Thames Valley Breakfast.

9. Winners details will not be passed on to anyone outside of Global Media & Entertainment Limited.

Eligibility

10. Entrants must be 18 or over.

11. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

12.   Each day the winner will receive:

-      A 7-day travel card for four people on Reading Buses Green Line 702

-      LEGOLAND Windsor Resort day tickets for four people

-      The Original Tour Windsor and London Tour tickets for four people

13.   Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
