He combines his work as a plastic surgeon in both the NHS and in private practice. He holds full registration as a plastic surgeon in the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium, and is a member of the Dutch Association of Plastic Surgery (NVPC) as well as an overseas member of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS) and American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS).

Mr. Simons is specialized in minimal scarring and has gained a lot of experience in breast surgery, labiaplasty, body contouring (tummy tuck, liposuction, lipofilling), and eyelid correction.
