Snow

More snow is expected to fall in North and Mid Wales.

A yellow warning is currently in force, but an amber alert coming from the south will be in place from 12pm.

Many roads are closed because of the freezing conditions, including the Horsehoe Pass between Llangollen and Ruthin. North Wales Police are also telling drivers to avoid the A470 between Llanrwst and Blaenau Ffestiniog.

Speed restrictions have also been set up for the Britannia Bridge.

Flights to Edinburgh/Newcastle from Cardiff Airport have been cancelled, as well as delays to the flights running to Anglesey.

Arriva Trains Wales have adjusted their timetables and are now telling everyone only to travel unless it's absolutely necessary. On top of that, there are no links between Chester and Manchester Airport - affecting anybody wanting to get to the airport from North Wales.
