Mum calls for more neo-natal staff
A mum from Mochdre is calling for more staff at neo-natal units across Wales.
Two of Sally Morris's children were born premature and had to be admitted to the special care baby unit at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd.
It comes as the Assembly Government begins an inquiry into the 13 units currently available across Wales.
Although Sally says more funding is needed, she thinks the care provided is fantastic.
She said:
"There was never one moment that we thought the children weren't getting the care that they needed or they weren't getting the care that they needed.
"You tend to start to think, is my child actually getting what is medically needed and no doubt they are but it's not fair on the member of staff who is actually looking after the children."
