Motorcyclist Dies After M25 Crash

After an accident forced part of the M25 to close for almost four hours yesterday (Wednesday June 8th), Heart's been told a man has died.
A motorbike and van crashed on the anti-clockwise carriageway between junction 24 for Potters Bar and 23 for South Mimms at 6:30am.
The motorcyclist, a man aged 24 from London, was taken to Barnet General Hospital with serious injuries, but died this morning. The driver of the van, a 49-year-old man from Broxbourne, was uninjured.
A full closure was put in place on the M25 until about 10.20am.
PC Terry Nesbitt, from the Road Crash Investigation Unit, said: “I am appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident and can help explain what happened to come forward.
