Foodies Festival - The UK's Biggest Celebration of Food and Drink
Back by popular demand, Foodies Festival, the UK’s biggest celebration of food and drink, returns to Cannon Hill Park on the 22nd, 23rd & 24th June with a mouth-watering summer event!
This year’s incredible Foodies Festival will launch a brand new Musicians Against Homelessness music stage, celebrating live music into the night with newly extended opening times, with performances from much-loved headliner Toploader, power pop group Dodgy and hugely admired band The Hoosiers. Tickets will raise money for UK-wide homelessness charity Crisis.
An all-star line-up will be cooking up a storm in the Chef’s Theatre, including My Kitchen Rules host Glynn Purnell and Michelin-starred chefs Brad Carter of Carters of Moseley! Joining them will be Rob Palmer of Peels Restaurants as well as Great British Bake Off finalist 2017 Steven Carter Bailey to name but a few. All of these amazing chefs will be offering recipe secrets and tips to take home.
Feast at over 30 delicious street food stalls in the Street Food Avenue and sample and buy from artisan producers in the Market Area. Enjoy Prosecco and Parmesan masterclasses in the Drinks Theatre, chocolate making and cake decorating in the fabulous Workshops, and enjoy cream pie throwing, cheese stretching and chilli eating competitions! Whatever you fancy, the Foodies Festival has got it covered.
Make sure you bring the kids along, as there will plenty of entertain for children, with Kids Cookery Theatre run by SuperChefs, and a Kidzone with a craft area, bouncy castles, pre-loaded super soakers and face painting!
Fantastic live music adds the cherry on top of an unrivalled foodie feast, proving there’s no better place to be this summer than Foodies Festival – a gastronomic Glastonbury!
