The mum of a toddler who died in Worcestershire from methadone poisoning has been charged over his death.
32 year-old Kelly Emery of Gravelly Hill, Erdington, in Birmingham was arrested in February and has been charged with manslaughter and child cruelty.
Fenton Hogan died after he was found collapsed at his home in Frankley in July last year a postmortem examination revealed the heroin substitute had caused his death.
His mother has been remanded into custody and is due before Birmingham magistrates this morning (10 September).
