STRIKES over Pay and Pensions
A huge number of schools across the Midlands closed on Thursday the 30th of June because of a mass strike across the UK.
Teachers took industrial action in a row over pay and pensions as well as public sector workers.
10,000 UNISON Birmingham manual workers rallied through the city centre over cuts to weekend rates and pensions.
