West Midlands Firefighters bike ride for little boy

A group of West Midlands firefighters are doing a massive charity bike ride on the 13th July, travelling to every single fire station in the region.

The team of eight are travelling almost 150 miles to raise money for a brave little boy called Joshua Baker from Halesowen, who has a congenital heart disease.

Nick Bailey is one of the firefighters taking part and he's been telling Heart why they're doing this:

'Joshua's had heart conditions since birth. Basically we just want to make him some happy memories by raising enough money to send him on a nice family holiday'.

The firefighters are cycling to all 38 stations in the Midlands, including places like Birmingham, Coventry and the Black Country.
