Two women and a man from Wolverhampton have been charged with manslaughter.
It's after 49 year-old Sheiku Adams fell from the third floor window of a flat in Kentish Town in north London, on October 25th.
Police, who were responding to reports of a forced entry to the property in Denyer House in Highgate Road, discovered Mr Adams on the ground outside with serious injuries.
He was taken to hospital but was later pronounced dead.
On Wednesday (7th) Neil Allen, 25, Nicola Green, 32, and Stephanie Haughton, 34, who are all from the Wolverhampton area, were charged with his manslaughter.
Scotland Yard said all three will appear in custody at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court in north London on Thursday, while inquiries continue.
After his death, neighbours described Mr Adams as a "great guy" who was part of a "lovely family".
