OLLY MURS in DUBAI ON AIR COMPETITION

ON THE HEART WEST MIDLANDS

NOVEMBER 25TH -> DECEMBER 6THTH 2013

 

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to the ‘OLLY MURS IN DUBAI’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday November 25th 2013 to Friday December 6th 2013 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is: Heart West Midlands.

 

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

 

1. 0 Details of the Competition

 

1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must:

 

Identify and text in, when they hear an OLLY MURS track played in full on the radio station between 8am on Monday 25th November to 7pm on Friday 6th December.

 

Send a text message with the keyword ‘OLLY’ to 82122 (the “Text Message Line”). The text system will not recognize other formats of the keyword.

 

1.2 Text messages will be charged at the network provider’s standard rate.

 

1.3 Text lines will be open from 08:00am on 25/12/2013 until 19:00pm on 06/12/2013. If listeners text after the closing time they will not be entered but may still be charged. Global Radio is not responsible for any latency experienced by your mobile phone network, which may delay the delivery of your text message to us.

 

1.4 You can enter a maximum of 5 times per each Olly Murs song.

 

1.4 After the closing time, one entrant will be selected at random from all entries received. Their entry will be matched to the radio station’s music log to confirm that their entry arrived during the duration of an Olly Murs track. If this matches, the entrant will be confirmed as the winner. If the time of the entry does not match with the radio station’s music log, another winner will be selected using the same method.

 

 

 

1.5 The winner will be notified by phone between 7am and 8am on Monday December 9th, and will be required to talk to the presenter/s and the call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If entrants fail to answer their phone, are driving, or if any fault occurs immediately prior to or during these calls and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the caller, another contestant will be selected at random.

 

 

 

2.0 Eligibility

 

2.1 Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

 

2.2 Entrants can enter this contest as many times as they wish.

 

2.3 Entrants must hold a valid UK passport, with 6 months validity after the

date of return travel.

 

 

 

3.0 Prize:

 

3.1 The prize includes: 6 nights 4 star accommodation, return flights for 2 from Birmingham, transfers to and from the airport to the hotel, travel insurance, 2 tickets to see Olly Murs  and £100 spending money.

 

3.2 Prize is non-transferrable and no cash alternative is available.

 

3.3 Global Radio reserves the right to substitute the prize or any element of the prize at any time

 

3.4 Winner and friend must be available to travel for 6 nights to include being in Dubai for the 14th of February.

3.5 Non UK passport holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense.

3.6 Transfers are not private and may be shared with other passengers.

3.7 Hotel is classed as a 4 star and is based on two people sharing a twin or double room with en-suite facilities on a bed and breakfast basis.

3.8 Concert tickets will be for the day stated only and are non-transferable.

3.9 Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
