NSPCC Messathon One Off Win on Heart West Mids, July 2018

RULES
1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘NSPCC Messathon CBC’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Saturday 14th July to Thursday 19th July on Heart West Midlands (the “Radio Station”).
2.     Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:
3.     To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to http://www.heart.co.uk/westmids/win/ and register their details.  Online entry will open at 00:01 on Saturday 14th July 2018 and close at 10:59 on Thursday 19th July.
4.     Entrants must tell us their story of a time their child got messy to be eleigible for the ‘West Midland’s Messiest Child’.
5.     One winner will be selected from all entries by the Global panel of judges. Judging will be based on originality, creativity, entertainment and relevancy. Should Heart not be able to contact the winner via the details provided after 3 attempts, then another entrant will be chosen.
6.    The winner will be notified soon after the closing date/time and will be required to claim their prize during the Heart West Midlands breakfast show sometime between 7am and 9am on Friday 20th July. If the winner is not able to be contacted during the show times, they will be name checked on air.
7.    Winners will then be contacted by phone or email by a Global member of staff within 7 days of the date the winner was chosen.

Eligibility:
8.     Entrants must be aged 18 years or over
9.     Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:
10.     Prize includes;
Family ticket to the NSPCC Messathon in Birmingham (2 x Adults, 2 x Children)

11.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘NSPCC CRM’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on Thursday 19th July from 00:01 to 23:59 on Heart West Midlands (the “Radio Station”).
12.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:
13.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to http://www.heart.co.uk/westmids/win/ and register their details.  Online entry will open at 00:01 on Thursday 19th July and close at 23:59 on the same day.
14.    Entrants must correctly answer the question provided. 10 winners will be selected at random from all correct entries.  
15.    Global will contact the winners within 2 days of the competition closing.

Eligibility:
16.    Winners must be 18 or over.
17.    Multiple entries are permitted up to a maximum of [10] entries; any additional entries above this limit will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:
18.    1 x Family ticket to the NSPCC Messathon in Birmingham (2x Adults, 2x Children)
19.    There are 10 sets of tickets available
20.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
