A suspect, who's been wanted by police for a month, has now been arrested over the murder of Simon Clark in Carmarthenshire.

Dyfed-Powys Police have confirmed Steve Baxter has been found and is in custody.

The 52-year-old was wanted over Simon's death at the Grove Caravan Park in Pendine in September.

Simon's family described him as a "wonderful grandfather" in a tribute.

Detective Chief Inspector Paul Jones said the victim's family had been told about the arrest.

"I would like to thank the public for their support in helping us trace Baxter", DI Jones said.

"I am pleased he is now in police custody, bringing the search to a conclusion.

"Our thoughts and sympathy remain with Simon Clark’s family."

Another man from Pendine, Jeffrey Ward, has been charged with Simon's murder.

Three other people have also been charged with assisting an offender.
