Tributes have been paid to an 11-year-old girl involved in a collision in Swindon who has sadly died.
Emily Williams was involved in the collision on Meadowcroft Road in Upper Stratton on Friday afternoon.
The driver of the vehicle involved, a Mercedes c180, remained on the scene.
Emily was taken to Bristol Children's Hospital but tragically died this afternoon.
Emily's family would like to make the following tribute:
"Emily was very musical and was always singing.
"Last year, Emily donated her hair to the Little Princess Trust which provides wigs for children who suffer from medical conditions or trauma. Emily's hair was plaited and had bows and ribbons in and then was professional cut to make the donation.
"Emily has now donated her organs to help others."
Her family has asked for respect and privacy at this time.
Anyone with information who has not yet come forward, should call 101 and quote log number 197 of 16/11.
