Angus Yeates

Police have named the motorcyclist who was killed in a crash on the A350 near Lacock on Sunday evening.

54-year-old Andrew "Angus" Yeates from Devizes died after his Kawasaki bike and a Vauxhall Insignia collided at around 10:20pm at the junction with Melksham Road.
Angus' family have released the following tribute:
As a family we are all devastated to announce that Angus Yeates sadly died in a road traffic accident on his motorbike on Sunday 5 August at just 54 years old. He was such a kind, loving, generous man who would do anything for anyone. He lived for his family and motorbikes. He worked for FCC recycling centre in Stanton St Quintin and loved it (more so in the summer months). You will be missed so much by all who knew you, especially your loving mum Catherine, brother Tim, your children Luke and Kirsty, your three grandchildren and all the family. Forever in our hearts. #ridefree"
Wiltshire police are still investigating the crash and are appealing for any witnesses to get in touch.
