A man has been charged with the murder of Ken Kiley in Swindon.
Dario Carboni, aged 24, from Tottenham, London, has also been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and driving whilst disqualified.
It follows a collision in the Southernwood Drive and Westfield Way area of the town on the 8th July.
Carboni has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Swindon Magistrates Court on Saturday morning.
A 21-year-old man from Swindon, who was also arrested in connection with the incident, has been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
