Treat My Street
on Heart Wiltshire,

RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Treat My Street’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Friday 25h Jan 2018 to Friday 8th Feb 2018 on Heart Wiltshire

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3. A chosen street in Wiltshire will be announced on Heart Breakfast (The street). At the given time, the successful and winning entrant must be first to approach Heart  and correctly state the winning phrase (The Phrase) “Heart Breakfast - Treat My Street”.

4. The entry period will be announced on the radio and will close at the direction of the producers. If no entrants arrive within a reasonable period to fit in with the live show, the prize may be withdrawn. The producer's decision is final. All Entrants will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded/filmed and played on-air/online.

Every care will be taken, to make sure the area is free from traffic, however entrants have a responsibility for their own safety when approaching Heart.

Eligibility:

5. All Entrants must arrive on foot.  Entrants arriving by  any vehicles should abide by the laws of the road, to be eligible to enter should first park safely and only  arrive on foot.

Entrants saying the phrase from on or in any vehicle will not be accepted for safety reasons.

6. Entrants must be 18 or over. The successful entrant receive two prize vouchers, 28 others will be distributed at random to the street. The winner will not decide how the 28 additional prizes are distributed.

Prize:

8. Dependant on the size of the street, all or some of the households will receive pizza.

9. Pizzas must be collected or delivered from Fratellos in Swindon. Toppings can be decided by winners, subject to availability.

10. Voucher valid up to 1st June 2019.

11. A total of 30 Large pizzas per round will be available. 

12. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
