Police release images of youth wanted after robbery in New Brighton earlier this year

Police have released CCTV footage of a teen they want to speak to in connection with a New Brighton robbery.

He's said to have demanded cash from two boys who were walking along the Marine Promenade.

The incident happened when two boys walking along the parade at around 6pm on Saturday, January 16, they were approached by a youth on a bike who threatened them to hand over cash.

The youth is described as white, aged between 15 and 16 years old, 5ft 8ins tall and of athletic build. He had short hair which was greasy and blonde. He is believed to have spoken with a Mancunian accent.
