Work starts on Darland High School

Work has started on a new Multi Million pound Science and IT block at Darland High School.

Kids at a Schools say the new 'state of the art' Science and IT blocks will be a huge asset to the learning there.

The three million pound project is part of an investment of £20million pounds from Wrexham Council and The Welsh Assembly.

Head Boy at the School is Thomas Hughes:

'I think the new IT rooms will be great because IT plays an important part in the world today. So it will give people the opportunity to use computers.'

Head Girl at the School is Jess Roberts:

'We'll have all the resources we need to be able to have the best lessons possible.'
